Rachel Greenfield Founder
Rachel Greenfield is the Founder of the Jewish Parent Alliance in Schools. Her advocacy began more than a decade ago at the Ethical Culture Fieldston School, where she founded the Jewish Parent Affinity Group so that Jewish students would feel seen, safe, and supported, and where her constructive engagement led the school to adopt the first IHRA-modeled antisemitism definition at a New York private school. Since then, she has guided families across the country navigating private schools with training, resources, and strategic counsel. Rachel holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and lives in New York City with her husband, Richard, and their three daughters.

Allison Draizin
Education and Partnership Consultant
For more than thirty years, as a teacher, parent, colleague, and partner, Allison has dedicated her life to helping private schools become places where children can learn, belong, and thrive. After October 7, she felt a responsibility she could not ignore. Her life’s work in education and her commitment to the Jewish community became one mission: preparing Jewish parents to strengthen their schools through constructive engagement.
