Constructive Engagement. Lasting Change.

Jewish Parent Alliance in Schools (JPAS) is a nonpartisan educational organization that prepares Jewish parents to engage constructively with their schools to advance Jewish identity and belonging for students and families.

JPAS was created by Jewish parents who believe our children should never have to choose between their Jewish identity and belonging in their private schools. When families feel caught between silence and confrontation, JPAS offers a steady and constructive path forward, grounded in education, evidence, and mutual respect.

Mission

JPAS advances Jewish identity and belonging in private K–12 schools by preparing Jewish parents to engage constructively with their schools.

Vision

A future in which Jewish students and families belong and are understood in the fullness and complexity of their identities, where Jewish history, life, and the Jewish people’s connection to Israel are taught with integrity, context, and nuance.
